How to Master Plank
Over the next five weeks, you'll receive a personally tailored, "how-to" on each variation of Plank. I will provide easy-to-read instructions and details on the how's and why's of each pose, including graphic pictures so you can see exactly what I am encouraging you to do.
Will the moves be easy? Not necessarily, but when you slow down and work to cultivate and use the right muscles, things may feel harder at first. This is because you are finally digging deeper, and you're not just using your easily accessible muscles like your pectorals (chest), gluteal muscles (butt), and quadriceps (thighs). These are the superficial muscle groups that most exercise fads prey on because you will see the definition of these muscles quickly.
I'm going to take you deeper than that, kind of like digging for gold, just that you can't see it on the surface, and you have to continually pick at it so that over time you develop the skills to nail it.
