HOPE Yoga in the classroom's mission is to Help Others Purposefully Excel.
The hope is by using specific techniques such as breathwork, mindful (body) movements, and meditation and mindset techniques students will then gain tools for coping and overcoming things like depression, anxiety, stress, physical symptoms associated with the above.
In addition to these tools, students (and teachers) can develop and utilize meditation and mindset techniques to alter the environment of their classroom of one to reflect a less stressful environment, helping everyone present to make learning fun again.
The tools provided are simple, easy and effective when used properly and regularly.
